This delicious smoothie is perfect for breakfast, dessert or an afternoon snack. It has an amazing strawberry and mango flavour and is so easy to prepare! In this recipe we use coconut water which makes this smoothie a great vegan option. Enjoy !

SERVES 1-2

 

  • 1/2 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 fresh lime, juice only
  • a few cubes of ice

1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Serve immediately or store in a mason jar in a fridge.

3. When you add 2-3 tablespoons of your home made granola it can be your breakfast or a snack when you’re on the go.

You can use frozen fruits instead of fresh ones!
